Hiring a Care Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) for the Case Management Department for a full time, 13 weeks contract position in Gardner, MA for a healthcare facility.

To do well in this role you should have your state Registered Nurse (RN) license and two years of relevant working experience.

• Previous UR/QA experience required
• 2 years of healthcare experience within the Acute Care, SNF, HHA, Behavioral Health and/or Insurance Industry preferred
• Active State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Dependable transportation
• Must be reliable
